  • 1. Book a Free Consultation

    Book a 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit! This is a casual conversation to connect and share more about what you’re looking for.

  • 2. Intake

    If we both feel great about moving forward, we will schedule our first appointment. Then, I will send you a link to complete your client intake form to gather more information. We will go over your responses during our first session.

  • 3. Sign Documents

    Before our first appointment, please complete your client documents through our secure client portal, Simple Practice. You will receive a separate email requesting your e-signature. Please read each document carefully and record any questions you have to go over during our first session.

  • 4. Day of First Session

    With consent, you will receive an email reminder on the day of your appointment time. This will contain your virtual telehealth link for our meeting. Find a private spot, put on some headphones, and get cozy. Our journey together begins!

Individual Counseling
55 minutes - $130

  • Kaiser (Denver-Boulder Metro) - At this time, this is the only insurance I work with. Reach out for benefit verification.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy -

At this time, I am only offering KAP to established clients and clients who are referred by their therapist for short-term support.

Due to legal purposes, I am unable to work with clients who are currently receiving government-sponsored plans (i.e. Medicaid or Medicare).

If you are in need of financial assistance in order to access affordable care, I may be able to offer you a sliding scale (discounted rate). These spots are limited and reserved for those who need them. Thanks!
